Vitali Manich nasceu em 1971 na cidade de Harcizsk, na Ucrânia. Em 1995 concluiu os seus estudos de especialização em Kiev na faculdade de artes gráficas. Começou a desenhar desde muito jovem e ao terminar os estudos tomou consciência do papel decisivo das artes na sua vida, optou por se dedicar principalmente à pintura, embora sem esquecer outras vertentes artísticas. Influenciado por Caravaggio, Giordano, Rubens e Ribera, Vitali transmite para a tela os seus pensamentos e fantasias, tanto numa abordagem realista como surrealista, usando preferencialmente tons ocre e cores terra. Procurando sempre melhorar o seu estudo da arte, Vitali trabalha e reside actualmente em Portimão.

Neste projecto a tónica foi colocada sobre a imagem de quatro ursos dançando. A dança, como um símbolo, é uma energia cósmica criativa, transformando o espaço em tempo. Na dança: o ritmo do universo, actividade evolutiva, a imitação do jogo da criação divina. Os ursos dançando mostram força reforçada, resistência e coragem; o número 4 foi usado para simbolizar estabilidade universal, ordem, e integridade, um equilíbrio perfeito indicando um acto de inegável evolução em todas as suas manifestações.

Vitali Manich was born in 1971 in the city of Harcizsk, in Ukraine. In 1995 he completed his specialization studies in Kiev in the college of graphical arts. He began drawing very young and when he finished his studies he became aware of the decisive role of arts in his life, he chose to devote primarily to painting, but without forgetting other artistic forms. Influenced by Caravaggio, Giordano, Rubens and Ribera, Vitali forwards to canvas his thoughts and fantasies, both in surreal and realistic approaches, preferably using ocre tones and earth colours. Always looking to improve his study of art, Vitali now works and lives in Portimão.

In this project the main emphasis was placed on the image of four dancing bears. Dance, as a symbol, is a cosmic creative energy, transforming the space into time. In the dance: the rhythm of the universe, evolutionary activity, imitation of the divine play of creation. The dancing bears show enhanced strength, endurance and courage; the number 4 was used to symbolize universal stability, order, and integrity, a perfect balance indicating an undeniable act of evolution in all its manifestations.
